We’re looking for an inspiring, strategic, and culturally sharp Head of Social to lead the social media vision for one of Qatar’s most dynamic creative agencies.

This is a pivotal role for someone who lives and breathes creativity, culture, and storytelling and can turn insight into social‑first ideas that move audiences and build brands.

What you’ll do:
  • Define and lead the agency’s social vision, embedding social thinking into every creative brief and campaign
  • Partner with Creative and Strategy leads to craft bold, platform‑first ideas that deliver measurable impact
  • Serve as the senior social consultant for key clients — shaping strategy, creative, and community approaches
  • Oversee storytelling, content creation, and campaign delivery across all major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Push creative boundaries through experimentation, AI tools, influencer collaborations, and emerging formats
  • Mentor and develop a talented team of social specialists, content creators, and community managers
  • Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and creative excellence
What you’ll bring:
  • 10+ years in social or digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a creative agency
