Purpose

To support the Marketing Department in various capacities including designing business collaterals, maintaining a robust social media presence, conducting research for external communications, organizing globally recognized events and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals through coordinated efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the seamless operation of departmental activities.
  • Research, compose content and design components of the bi-weekly newsletter.
  • Manage the company’s vibrant presence on social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Actively work within the marketing team in organizing and coordinating company events such as UAE Young Lions Competition, Cannes Lions Awards, Distribution, etc.
  • Update marketing spreadsheets and databases.
  • Support the marketing team with various projects.
  • Work on designing aspects of company presentations, rate cards and other marketing collaterals.
  • Marketing research and activities.
  • Coordinate with production labs on advertisements and banners.
  • Editing the corporate website (backend).
  • Communicate effectively with clients and business partners.
