Job summary

A leading automotive company is seeking a Marketing Specialist in Dubai to lead centralized marketing campaigns across search and social platforms. You will be responsible for optimizing marketing dashboards, collaborating with General Distributors, and managing sponsorships and donations. The ideal candidate will have a Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Marketing, 3-4 years of experience, and strong analytical skills. Experience in automotive marketing and proficiency in major paid media platforms are a plus. This position offers flexible working arrangements and employee benefits.

Job description
Your Purpose
  • Lead centralized marketing campaigns, including the development and execution of always‑on strategies across search and social platforms
  • Collaboration with General Distributors (GDs) to align and coordinate paid media marketing activities and strategic plans
  • Optimize marketing dashboards, ensuring accurate data reporting
  • Governance for Sponsorships and Donations, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and processes
  • Full media planning for launch, tactical and brand campaigns in accordance with the Marketing Calendar and including budget steering, optimization and always‑on reporting
  • Proactive usage of new media formats and audiences in centralized media campaigns
  • Coordinate the communication with General Distributors (GDs) on market launch and sales push needs and integrate GD needs into centralized campaigns
  • Management of the GDMEC Academy Sessions and sharing of best practices in performance marketing
  • Enhancement of marketing dashboards with new data sources and insights (in collaboration with teamx agency)
  • Close collaboration with CJOps and Sales teams on the project of Marketing & Sales Funnel connection
  • Control and governance of all MB central sponsorships and donations in accordance with the Company Policy.
  • Evaluation of new potential sponsorships in the region
Qualifications

Your profile :

Educational Background

Graduate / Post‑Graduate degree in Marketing Communications, Marketing Intelligence or similar

Technical knowledge

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Marketing

Experience in performance and digital marketing

Experience in budget optimization and campaign strategy

Comfortable with analytical tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Power BI) to build insights

Solid project management experience and ability to prioritize and work on several projects simultaneously

Ability to work with cross‑functional teams, agencies, partners

Automotive marketing experience is a plus

Expertise in major paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is a plus

Customer orientation, core understanding of the customer journey

Soft skills / individual competence

Strong Analytical Skills, Strategic Thinking, Attention to details, Passion, Respect, Integrity, Discipline, Dedication, Commitment

Communication Skills to present data and explain performance results

Excellent English skills (in writing and verbally) is a must; Arabic and / or German a plus
