About the role :

At EMCD , our Sales Team drives our fast-growing global presence. They identify new business opportunities, generate leads, close sales, and develop strong relationships with B2B clients. You will partner your strategic sales ability with our innovative products, offering significant career and financial progression opportunities.

The primary responsibility is to grow our Crypto Services products family globally by promoting our platform to companies, resellers, fintech and crypto platforms, brokerage houses, and sharing our unique value proposition within the capital markets ecosystem :

  • Coinhold (B2B and API) - a savings cryptocurrency wallet offering up to 14% annual yield, designed for passive income through interest compounding.
  • Payroll - automates salary payments via cryptocurrencies, suitable for companies up to 200 staff, aiming to simplify international payments, reduce fees, and increase transparency.
  • SWAP - instant, secure coin exchange for crypto projects, integrated with trading platforms, no account needed.
  • Cryptoprocessing - a payment gateway to grow sales across various sectors like online stores, gaming, real estate, and more.

Reporting line : Head of Sales B2B

What you will be doing :

  • Lead sales growth strategy across MENA region
  • Build and manage direct sales operations
  • Develop partnerships with local companies and platforms
  • Build and scale a regional sales team
  • Manage outbound and inbound sales processes
  • Represent the company at industry events
  • Support clients throughout all engagement stages
  • Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Report on sales metrics using Hubspot CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams

What you will bring :

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B technology sales or crypto / fintech / SaaS in MENA
  • Experience managing outbound and inbound sales channels
  • Network in local capital markets and investment ecosystem
  • Background in Enterprise Fintech sales is a plus
  • Native Arabic speaker; English proficiency at C1 level
  • UAE citizenship or legal right to work in UAE
  • Experience leading sales teams
  • Skilled in developing partnerships and closing deals
  • Effective communicator of technical and business concepts
  • Willing to travel 20-30%
  • Excellent presentation skills
