As a Creative Design Specialist, your role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity of Deliverect. You will support our Design Manager and team in driving our brand forward through innovative design and impactful visual storytelling. Your contributions will influence our marketing and web design initiatives directly.

1. Design Knowledge & Creation
2. Create compelling graphics aligning with brand guidelines, including one-pagers, ads, email banners, and Google Slides.
3. Develop innovative visual assets for campaigns, ensuring creativity and consistency.
4. Support brand and product design projects, delivering high-quality results.
5. Develop static and video assets for various marketing channels.
6. Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating fresh ideas into designs.
7. Marketing Asset & Brand Management
8. Manage and organize marketing assets, keeping them up-to-date and accessible.
9. Maintain and expand design libraries, updating the team on new creatives.
10. Uphold brand identity, ensuring all designs adhere to guidelines and creatively extend the brand.
11. Cross-Functional Support
12. Assist requests from cross-functional teams with design support as needed.

1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field (highly desired).
3. Certifications in relevant software or design principles are a plus.
4. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Basic knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is advantageous.
5. Experience with Figma.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Collaborative spirit and positive team contribution.
8. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills aligned with business objectives.
9. Adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement.
10. Ownership of projects with transparent communication and work ethic.
11. B2B experience is a plus.

• This is a full-time hybrid role, with 3 days in our Dubai office and 2 days remote.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
