The position of Product Data Specialist Onboarding is central to maintaining and improving the integrity of product master data within the organisation. Additionally, the role involves evaluating current workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing enhancements to optimize data management processes. Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product master data in alignment with company standards.
• Evaluate current processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform task-related duties including but not limited to:
• Managing product items across all B&S segments including customs/HS code classification and product knowledge.
• Preparing and analysing product data to ensure quality and consistency.
• Supporting and consulting with business units and teams regarding master data processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field).
• Proven experience in administrative or back-office roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Process-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
• Preferred Experience:
  • Knowledge of customs codes/HS code classification.
  • Process improvement experience.
  • Experience in the Food and Beverage sector.
