About the Role

The Sales Manager will lead all sales initiatives, focusing on the strategic acquisition of qualified members and cultivating key institutional partnerships. This role requires to drive revenue, managing teams, and ensuring excellent customer experience. Success in this position is measured by Strong leadership and motivation skills, Commercial and financial acumen, Deep product and market knowledge, Data driven decision making and Ability to handle pressure and fast changing market dynamics.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the brand's commitment to exclusivity and premium service.
  • Set ambitious, quality-focused daily, weekly, and monthly targets for individuals and the team
  • Ensure product knowledge is strong across the team (features, specs, financing options, competitor models)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Monitor daily sales activities and follow up on leads, walk-ins, and pipeline
  • Handle escalated customer issues professionally and promptly
  • Manage Order Bank, stock aging and demo vehicles
  • Monitor KPIs like gross profit per unit, finance/insurance penetration, trade-ins, and accessories upsell
  • Prepare monthly sales reports for senior management
  • Ensure all sales processes meet brand standards
  • Analyse market trends, financial performance, and membership data to forecast revenue and ensure continuous optimization of the sales pipeline.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team (if applicable), instilling a culture of professionalism, high ethical standards, and client-centric performance.
  • Cultivate and manage robust, long‑term relationships with key prospects, serving as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor on Porsche’s exclusive benefits.
  • Ensure the sales process is a premium, seamless experience that reflects the elevated nature of the Porsche brand.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop sophisticated sales collateral and campaigns that clearly articulate the Porsche value proposition to the target demographic.
  • Maintain strict adherence to Porsche's guidelines regarding client profile, brand standards, and compliance throughout the sales cycle.
  • Work in partnership with the Member Services and Operations teams to ensure a world‑class, seamless onboarding process for all new cardholders.
