You will be expected to build relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities for growth. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales staff, creating sales plans, analyzing customer data, setting targets, and monitoring performance. You will also be responsible for training new staff and providing guidance on best practices. • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability

• Proven sales experience in a management role
