We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive for our Toyota operations in Dubai. The role focuses on achieving and exceeding sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Achieving or exceeding sales targets
2. Maximizing vehicle profit retention and selling accessories
3. Referring customers to Business Managers for F&I and products
4. Providing excellent customer service aligned with company values
5. Accurately capturing and uploading customer data
6. Maintaining attendance and punctuality
7. Adhering to company policies
8. Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
9. Implementing Toyota's Sales Process
10. Achieving KPIs
11. Maintaining sales standards to uphold brand image

Qualifications:

• Full, clean UAE driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of customer service principles
• Excellent command of English and Arabic language
• Time management skills
• Performance monitoring skills
