Sales Manager in Musaffah, UAE

We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Musaffah. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales operations of our business, while driving the growth of our organization.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, great people management skills, and a passion for sales. They should be able to develop relationships with customers and stakeholders, while leading their team to success. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the development of new strategies that will increase sales performance.

• Managing and motivating the sales team
• Developing effective strategies for increasing sales
• Identifying opportunities for new business growth
• Analyzing customer data to identify trends in customer behavior
• Organizing meetings with customers and stakeholders
• Tracking performance metrics and ensuring targets are met
• Preparing reports on sales performance
• Developing creative ways to market products or services
• Providing leadership for the team by setting goals and providing feedback

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead a team effectively and inspire them to achieve their goals
