This is a leadership role for a motivated professional who excels in real estate and team management, with the ability to drive results and growth across multiple property markets.

Role Description:
  • Lead and manage a team of real estate agents specializing in both secondary and off-plan properties
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed team targets
  • Monitor market trends and guide the team on market insights and client engagement techniques
  • Provide training, mentoring, and support to ensure high performance from the sales team
  • Build strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry stakeholders to foster partnerships and business growth
  • Review and analyze sales performance metrics, providing guidance and adjustments as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in real estate sales with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Strong understanding of both secondary and off-plan property markets in Dubai
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
