Sales Manager

Are you a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating unforgettable stays? If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and love to connect with people, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities
  • Implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities
  • Drive, manage and maintain robust, positive relations with all travel trade key accounts and business partners
  • Generate and maintain customers of travel trade segment through various sales activities (face to face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment)
  • Maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales, telephone, fax, and written communications
  • Ensure comprehensive and complete coverage of own portfolio covering all departments and accounts’ management for a comprehensive client servicing, achieving targets and maximum productivity
  • Quote and negotiate prices within established parameters with potential and existing clients. Prepare contracts for clients
  • Plan sales trips or attend trade shows and exhibitions under the direct approval and guidance of the DOSM and where applicable in coordination with International Sales Offices
  • Arrange site inspections of hotel and host Fam trips
  • Attend major travel functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promote sales (rooms, catering and other facilities and services) for the hotel
  • Maintain a full working knowledge of the IT support tools used in the world of sales today, including sales‑specific software, the property PMS, and the Microsoft Office toolset
Qualifications

As our Sales Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of our sales strategy, fostering strong, lasting relationships with our clients and driving business growth. Your innovative approach will help us create unique and memorable experiences, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.

  • Will be based in our Dubai office
  • At least 3–5 years sales experience in a 5‑star hotel with at least 1 year managerial role
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Express, Internet, e‑mail)
  • Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and strong leadership
  • Previous experience in Sales – Leisure is essential
