We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Crane Operator to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Mobile Crane Operator you will play a crucial role in our construction projects ensuring safe and efficient lifting operations across various job sites in the city.
Operate mobile cranes to lift move and place materials and equipment according to project requirements
Conduct daily inspections of crane equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety
Interpret and follow load charts site plans and safety regulations
Communicate effectively with ground personnel and other team members using hand signals and radio equipment
Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on crane equipment
Maintain accurate logs of crane operations inspections and maintenance activities
Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Assist in planning lift operations and determining appropriate rigging methods
Adapt to changing weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly
Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions
Qualifications :
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a mobile crane operator
Valid mobile crane operator certification (e.g. NCCCO)
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license
Proficiency in operating various types of mobile cranes
In-depth knowledge of crane safety procedures and regulations
Ability to read and interpret load charts accurately
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Basic computer skills for logging and reporting
Physical ability to climb lift and perform crane operations in various weather conditions
Detail-oriented approach to work with a focus on safety and efficiency
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Understanding of construction site operations and familiarity with rigging techniques
Willingness to work in various construction sites across Dubai
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends when required
