You must have a proven track record of operating cranes safely and efficiently. You must also be able to read plans, blueprints, and diagrams associated with the crane operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

The successful candidate must have a valid crane operator certificate and knowledge of standard regulations for crane operations. A valid driver’s license is also required. The ability to work at heights and in confined spaces is a must-have skill set for this role.
