Job Description

An international pharmaceutical company based in the UAE, with a branch in Dubai, is looking for a qualified Inventory Controller / Pharmacist in Charge to oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of UAE experience in a drug store and preferably hold a MOH license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of medications in compliance with MOH regulations.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Oversee procurement and replenishment of pharmaceutical supplies.
• Implement inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
• Supervise dispensing operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Generate reports on stock levels, usage trends, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with MOH licensing requirements and industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in inventory management within a UAE drug store.
• MOH license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical inventory management and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in inventory software and reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple teams.
