Job summary
A well-established Emirati construction company is seeking a Senior Cost Control Engineer to oversee project financial performance on multiple infrastructure projects. The role involves budget control, cost monitoring, and financial reporting. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and 10–12 years of relevant experience in road and infrastructure projects, preferably in the UAE or GCC. Proficiency in MS Office and Candy CCS, along with excellent analytical skills, are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 10–12 years of experience in cost control within road and infrastructure construction projects.
- Previous experience in the UAE or GCC is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work proactively in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
Responsibilities
- Support the Cost Control Manager in reviewing LPOs and subcontractor payments.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive budget review sheets.
- Produce monthly project-wise actual cost reports.
- Assist the Cost Manager in developing revised project budgets.
