A leading hospitality company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Assistant to manage and optimize operations within the department. This role involves working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager, developing long-term plans, ensuring compliance with standards, and supervising staff performance. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of food and beverage operations and the ability to liaise effectively with various departments to maximize revenue. This position requires a commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Basic Functions:
Requires the assistant in the planning, organization, coordinating, staffing, controlling and evaluating all operations which are under food and beverage department responsibility. To assist Food and Beverage Manager to develop long-range plans while resolving daily crisis across the entire spectrum of the department. Must thoroughly understand the basic principles to each component of the management system for the food and beverage operation.
