We are looking for an experienced Quality Controller who will be responsible for checking the quality of all incoming and outgoing material and products as well as the production procedures. You will be a firm advocate of quality in our business.

The ideal candidate will possess a trained eye for detail and will be reliable and committed. In-depth knowledge and comprehension of quality standards are essential. The goal is to ensure that our products are made of flawless materials with well-functioning equipment. We are seeking an experienced Quality Controller responsible for inspecting all incoming and outgoing materials and products, as well as overseeing production procedures. The candidate will promote quality standards throughout our operations.

• Inspect the entire production cycle (from purchasing to customer delivery) to ensure efficiency and compliance with Food Safety & Quality standards.
• Approve incoming materials by verifying specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting unacceptable materials.
• Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating necessary adjustments to managers.
• Maintain records of testing, inspections, and metrics such as defect rates, hygiene, and sanitation results.
• Monitor equipment safety and maintenance, reporting any deficiencies.
• Select output samples and verify them through appropriate testing methods.
• Conduct staff training sessions on food safety and quality standards.
• Support the development and implementation of food safety and quality management systems.
• Address customer complaints through thorough investigations and corrective action plans.
• Prepare and submit reports to the line manager.

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a quality controller or relevant role in the catering or hotel industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Bio-Chemistry, or related field.
• HACCP Level 03 certification or higher.
• Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written English skills.
• Confident, firm, and pleasant personality capable of effective teamwork.
• Currently located in UAE.
• Knowledge of Qatar's rules and regulations related to municipality and MOH.
