Job summary
A leading sportswear company in Dubai is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a motivated team, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in sportswear, and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing inventory, staff performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Qualifications
- 3+ years as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in sportswear/apparel/footwear.
- Good understanding of merchandising and POS systems.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets using KPIs.

- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Manage inventory, including replenishment, stock counts, and loss control.
- Handle staff scheduling, onboarding, and performance follow-up.
- Monitor store KPIs and provide regular sales reports with improvement suggestions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and local regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with Country Manager to implement promotions and store initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent retail experience.
- 3+ years as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager; sportswear/apparel/footwear experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Good understanding of retail operations, merchandising, inventory, and POS systems.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and use KPIs to drive performance.
- Good communication skills in English; organized, hands-on, and reliable.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, growing environment.
