Title: Commercial Analyst

Your day will involve analyzing commercial data, developing BI dashboards, partnering with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives, monitoring category and market performance within the UAE FMCG landscape, and managing end-to-end commercial projects to support data-driven decision-making and enhance overall commercial performance.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP BI) to support business units.
• Lead and support commercial projects from initiation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure data integrity and continuous improvement of reporting systems and processes.
• Provide analytical support for van sales performance tracking and Modern Trade channel analysis, enabling optimized route-to-market strategies and market execution measurement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300), Tableau Desktop Specialist / Analyst Certification and Advanced Excel Certification
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in commercial or sales analysis, preferably within FMCG or retail in the UAE.

• Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modelling).
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau and SAP BI.
• Experience in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting.
• Knowledge of UAE market dynamics, retail channels, and consumer trends.
