  • Vendor Whisperer: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers negotiate deals and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Budget Boss: Monitor spend track expenses and keep purchases aligned with the hotels budget without compromising on quality.
  • Quality Champion: Inspect deliveries check product standards and make sure everything meets Mamas expectations.
  • Forecasting Extraordinaire: Anticipate hotel needs seasonal trends and events to prevent shortages before they happen.
  • Team Player: Collaborate closely with operations F&B housekeeping and other departments to keep everything running seamlessly.
