Responsibilities

• Manage stock movements and ensure correspondence with Information Systems.
• Organize shipments and dispatches to various sites.
• Ensure compliance with internal rules and local regulations.
• Handle equipment dispatches and manage status escalation if issues arise.
• Process orders for consumables from request to dispatch, including transport planning.
• Ensure all dispatch documents are generated with the Logistics Coordinator.

About the job Storekeeper (warehouse)

ROLE:

• Manage stock movements: receptions, transfers, good issues and physical inventories both physical and Information Systems (ERP or equivalent and tracking systems). Ensure real time correspondence between physical and Information Systems.
• Implement the designed layout and ensure having a functional result.
• Organize the preparation of shipments and dispatch to different sites within the country in accordance with instructions.
• Dispatches of equipment, with management of status and escalation in the event of a problem.
• Management of orders for consumables from the client request to the dispatch of products, including organization of transport.
• Ensure that all documents concerning dispatches are generated (supported by the Logistics Coordinator).
• Compliance with the company internal rules and policies as well as with local regulations concerning security, safety, transport, or any other regulations related to the function.
• Optimization of costs.

PROFILE:

• Extensive knowledge of stock management and dispatch processes combined with intensive use of an ERP.
• Demonstrated experience of operational activities in logistics and if possible, purchasing, order management or distribution.
• Across-the-board vision and understanding of logistics activities.
• Proven experience in an international and multidisciplinary environment.
• Ability to remain focused in an organization subject to external interventions.
• Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite.
