• Support project management activities by coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate project schedules, track deliverables, and ensure team collaboration; assist planning engineers with technical backgrounds for continuous improvement.
• Prepare progress reports, manage manpower, and maintain documentation for project activities; ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate project timelines, manage client communications, and ensure compliance with safety regulations; utilize AutoCAD and other engineering tools as needed.
• Assist in project planning, execution, monitoring, procurement, and documentation; maintain strong organizational and communication skills.
• Oversee site operations, manage resources, supervise subcontractors, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate staff mobilization, attendance, and timesheets; support site operations through effective communication and coordination.
• Mentor junior team members, develop project plans, and ensure delivery of projects from inception to completion.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and common project management tools.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships; attention to detail and quality control.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and construction practices; ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
