A leading technology company is seeking a Project Manager in Dubai to oversee TrakCare and IntelliCare upgrade projects across the Middle East. In this role, you will manage a team responsible for successful upgrades, ensure project readiness, and improve delivery capacity. Qualifications

• Proven experience in program or project management within enterprise software.
• Deep understanding of post-deployment adoption challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Services Team delivering upgrades and configuration projects.
• Maintain oversight of the upgrade queue and track progress.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project readiness.
• Identify and implement improvements to project execution.
• Ensure upgrades meet high standards with minimal disruption.
• Document desired outcomes and coordinate post-upgrade efforts.
• Act as the central coordination point between various teams.
