A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee road and infrastructure projects in the UAE. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely execution while maintaining quality standards. The successful candidate will coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams, manage project schedules and budgets, and resolve issues on-site. The ideal leader must ensure compliance with safety regulations and deliver strategic insights to senior management.
Responsabilités
- Lead and supervise road and infrastructure construction activities from planning to completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Prepare progress reports and provide strategic project insights to senior management.
- Resolve site-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.
