• At least 5 years in a managerial role including supervising construction of residential or retail projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage structural aspects ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for seamless integration of structural designs.
• Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients regarding structural matters.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and construction professionals.
