  • Develop detailed plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor expenses, prevent overspending, and ensure financial efficiency throughout the project
  • Maintain high construction standards, adhere to regulations, and conduct regular inspections
  • Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure workplace safety
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to align project goals and expectations
