Job summary

A leading global consulting firm is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to manage station construction activities for a high-speed rail project in the UAE. You will oversee civil, architectural, and MEP construction works, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and budget objectives. Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with over 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Middle East. Strong leadership and communication abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in major infrastructure or rail projects, preferably in high-speed rail.
• Experience in the UAE / Middle East preferred.
• Background in PMC / Owner’s Engineer / Contractor roles is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee station civil, architectural, and MEP construction works.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
• Coordinate with design, interface, and project teams to resolve site issues.
• Review construction documents and progress reports.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover.
