Job summary
A global engineering services provider is seeking an experienced HSE Officer to oversee health and safety operations on site. Applicants should have at least six years of HSE experience, including a minimum of two years in construction or petro-chemical industries. Key responsibilities include conducting HSE orientations, implementing safety plans, and performing inspections. Strong English communication skills and MS Office proficiency are required. This is a great opportunity for seasoned professionals in a meaningful role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years' experience in HSE in any industry, with at least 2 years in construction or petro-chemical.
- Awareness of practical H2S control measures and incident reporting procedures.
- Ability to conduct HSE inductions and inspections.
Responsibilities
- Conduct HSE orientation and awareness sessions.
- Implement HSE and welfare plans on site.
- Perform HSE inspections and report incidents.

We are looking for a HSE Officer for one of our clients with the following details:
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 24 months
Location: Doha Qatar
- Minimum 6 years' experience in HSE in any industry, with at least 2-year experience in construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects / operations / production in the oil & gas or petro-chemical industries.
- 08 Years - Minimum years, ADNOC Experience MS Office
- Ability to conduct HSE orientation / induction/HSE awareness sessions to workers
- Ability to understand and implement HSE plans, Welfare plans, Emergency response procedures/plans and site specific HSE Procedures / work instructions.
- Practical experience in implementation of SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.)
- Awareness of practical H2S control measures.
- Ability to conduct HSE inspections
- Ability to understand and implement incident reporting and investigation procedures
- Ability to speak read and write English with good communication skills.
