Job summary

A leading facilities management company in the UAE is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to implement and maintain HSE standards across operations. The role involves conducting HSE inspections, preparing performance reports, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years’ experience in Facilities Management and 3-5 years of dedicated HSE experience, along with relevant certifications. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Facilities Management operations within the UAE.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ dedicated HSE experience.
• Proficient in incident reporting and compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and maintain HSE standards across facilities management operations.
• Conduct HSE inspections during asset condition assessments.
• Prepare and issue monthly HSE performance reports to senior management.
• Investigate incidents and issue HSE incident reports.
• Monitor and follow up on corrective actions to ensure compliance.

Skills

Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations related to MEP systems

Experience developing and implementing HSE policies

Proven ability in HSE inspections and audits

Experience ensuring HSE compliance of FM contractors

Sound knowledge of Permit to Work systems

Education

NEBOSH or equivalent Occupational Health & Safety certification

CITB Safety Training Certificate

Hazard Identification Certificate

Permit to Work Certificate

ISO 9001/2000 Lead Auditor Certificate
