Qualifications

• Min of 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management functions for large organizations ideally within the real estate sector.
• Min of 2+ years in a managerial position leading a corporate risk function.
• Experience in the retail estate sector, construction, financial services, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed risk management and business continuity policies.
• Lead the design and implementation of risk management frameworks.
• Review and report significant risks and issues identified.
• Prepare and monitor strategic risks for management reporting.
• Scope and consolidate an annual Business Continuity Plan testing.
