A leading marketing firm in the UAE is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive strategies and strengthen brand presence. The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of marketing experience, including expertise in digital marketing and lead generation. Proficiency in Arabic is required. We are looking for a results-oriented and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategies, strengthen our brand presence, and drive lead generation across all channels.
- Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis specific to the UAE real estate sector.
- Identify and segment target audiences for customized campaigns.
- Campaign Management & Content Creation
- Plan and execute multi-platform marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Oversee social media content, print collateral, and video production.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
- Digital Marketing
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to maximize lead generation.
- Improve website content, SEO performance, and overall digital presence.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
- Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead the in-house marketing team and manage relationships with vendors.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales targets.
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in the UAE real estate market.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
- Proficient in social media platforms, Google tools, and basic design applications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Arabic language proficiency is a must.
