We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales of our real estate inventory by actively engaging with market agents and direct buyers. The role requires strong market awareness strategic planning and excellent networking skills to ensure quick and profitable sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies based on market trends to maximize profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents brokers and direct clients.
Actively promote and sell properties through networking marketing initiatives and direct outreach.
Monitor market conditions pricing trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Negotiate deals efficiently to close sales at optimal prices.
Provide regular sales reports and insights to management.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate or related field.
5 years of real estate sales experience with a proven track record.
Strong network of agents and industry contacts.
Excellent negotiation communication and sales skills.
Ability to work independently and drive results.
