The successful candidate will oversee the scaling of Global Selling Partners and drive initiatives to enhance performance metrics. Candidates should possess over 8 years of non-tech program management experience, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership. The role demands collaboration with international teams, making a strategic impact on the marketplace's growth.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Business strategy or Non-Tech Program Management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee overall progress of scaling Global Selling Partners.
- Drive programs to scale up relevant inputs.
- Coordinate with Global Selling teams to recruit Selling Partners.
