Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in general diving operations.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• IMCA Air Diving supervisor or equivalent certification.
• HSE Part 1 diver certification required.
• Diving First Aid and IMCA Dive Medical Technician certifications are needed.
• Commercial awareness of diving environment and subsea equipment specifications.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-dive inspections and post-dive briefings.
• Organize and supervise air and subsea activities.
• Monitor surface and underwater conditions during operations.
• Maintain communication with divers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.
