We’re hiring: Key Account Manager

About the role:
As Key Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of strategic international clients for Armeton Group — a global leader in concrete counterweights and washing machine balancing systems. You’ll be the central point of contact, trusted advisor, and internal ambassador for each client, ensuring that their goals align with our solutions and delivery.
Key responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients across multiple regions. Build trust and loyalty
by providing excellent service, regular communication, and added value.
• Understand the commercial and operational needs of each account. Work with internal teams
to develop and propose solutions that meet client objectives.
• Maintain regular reporting on account performance, identifying opportunities. Work with Sales
and Finance to ensure forecast accuracy and revenue delivery.
• Liaise with Plant Managers, Logistics, Finance and Production to ensure customer requirements
are met. Ensure client expectations are well-communicated and understood.
• Support the C-Level team with reporting, planning, and client communication as required.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery process for client-specific projects. Coordinate between Sales,Engineering, Production, Logistics and Finance to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Act as the main point of accountability for client updates and internal progress tracking.
What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of experience in account management or B2B sales
• Experience managing international clients and working across teams
• Strong understanding of solution selling and value-based negotiation
• Background in industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus
• Fluency in English is required
