Position Overview

The Senior Account Executive at Blue Yonder is responsible for developing, managing and growing relationships with key clients. This role requires a strategic and solution-oriented approach to addressing client needs, driving sales, and fostering long‑term partnerships. The Senior Account Executive will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and the delivery of tailored supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure the delivery of customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and present insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring targets and objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and Blue Yonder’s product offerings to provide expert consultation to clients.
Technical Environment
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce for managing client information and sales activities.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management software and solutions.
  • Understanding of AI and machine learning technologies used in Blue Yonder’s product suite.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales, or a related role, preferably within the software or supply chain industry.
  • Proven track record of developing, managing and growing major accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
