Income Auditor Supervisor at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina is responsible for acquiring an in depth knowledge of finance policies and relevant accounting standards. You will verify hotel revenue and ensure revenues are captured, recorded, and posted accurately, while supporting a multi-national team in a 5-star hotel environment.

The Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina is a 273-room hotel located in the Dubai Marina area, near Dubai Marina Mall, with a balance between modern business hospitality and Arabian traditions.

• Monitor and record all in-house charges and verify compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all revenues are captured, recorded, and posted accurately.
• Collect paperwork for all revenues and ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
• Review Travel Agent Commissions and check for manual postings or edits.
• Monitor and report any suspicious or incorrect postings.
• Perform spot checks daily, alternating areas checked.
• Verify all payment methods are accurate and all data are transferred and posted fully.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by Management and assist in other areas of Accounting as needed.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with the ability to positively coach and motivate the team. Requirements include a minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel; ability to handle a multi-national team; Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. The position requires high organization skills, motivation, a focus on training and developing staff, and strong administration skills.
