• Operate and maintain automatic coffee machines with precision and consistency to ensure high‑quality beverage preparation.
• Prepare a wide range of coffee beverages including espresso‑based drinks, specialty lattes and seasonal offerings following standardized recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all equipment workstations and service areas in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk and other consumables reporting low stock levels promptly.
• Engage with customers warmly and professionally providing recommendations and resolving concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Assist in daily opening and closing procedures including equipment setup, cleaning and cash handling.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and maintain a positive team environment.
• Adhere to company policies, safety protocols and food handling procedures at all times.

• 13 years of experience in a coffee shop or food service environment preferably with hands‑on experience using automatic coffee machines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Attention to detail and commitment to consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced high‑volume environment while maintaining composure and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of coffee types brewing methods and customer service best practices.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new products, seasonal menus and operational procedures.
• Professional demeanor, punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks as needed.

Salary: AED 2400
