Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Car Polisher / Detailer to carry out vehicle polishing, buffing, and detailing work. The role involves restoring vehicle exteriors and interiors to showroom condition by using polishing machines, compounds, and detailing products. Candidates must have experience in paint correction, surface finishing, and interior cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform machine and manual polishing on vehicle surfaces to remove scratches, oxidation, and swirl marks.
• Apply compounds, waxes, and sealants to enhance paint gloss and protection.
• Conduct paint correction and restoration where needed.
• Clean, vacuum, and detail vehicle interiors (dashboard, seats, carpets, trims, etc.).
• Wash and dry vehicles safely using appropriate products and methods.
• Inspect surfaces for imperfections and ensure a spotless finish.
• Maintain all polishing and detailing tools, equipment, and materials in proper condition.
• Follow safety and product-use guidelines to avoid paint or surface damage.
• Report any paint defects or bodywork issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered clean, polished, and ready for customer handover.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Car Polisher / Detailer (UAE or GCC preferred).
• Knowledge of buffing machines, polishing pads, and detailing chemicals.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Physically fit and able to work in indoor/outdoor workshop environments.
• Basic communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu an advantage).
• Team player, punctual, and well-organized.
