Job Description:

Ensure all dishes meet the highest standards, follow approved recipes, monitor raw materials, and prepare requisitions based on stock and business needs.

Supervise, inspire, and maintain the productivity, interest, and loyalty of kitchen staff, ensuring proper hygiene and adherence to standards.

Coordinate cleaning schedules, maintain equipment, enforce energy conservation, and comply with health, safety, fire, and HACCP procedures.

Monitor food presentation, taste, and quality to ensure consistent delivery to customers, including proper disposal of unwanted or expired items.

Skills

Qualifications:
