Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain automatic coffee machines with precision and consistency to ensure high‑quality beverage preparation.
• Prepare a wide range of coffee beverages including espresso‑based drinks, specialty lattes and seasonal offerings following standardized recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all equipment workstations and service areas in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk and other consumables reporting low stock levels promptly.
• Engage with customers warmly and professionally providing recommendations and resolving concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Assist in daily opening and closing procedures including equipment setup, cleaning and cash handling.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and maintain a positive team environment.
• Adhere to company policies, safety protocols and food handling procedures at all times.
