Job summary
A construction company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to manage multiple landscaping and swimming pool construction projects. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant UAE experience and a strong background in hands-on swimming pool construction. Responsibilities include supervising site activities, coordinating materials and ensuring compliance with safety and project specifications. Proficiency in Hindi or Urdu and a valid UAE driving license are mandatory for this position.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of UAE experience in landscaping.
- Hands-on swimming pool construction experience required.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and lead labour teams effectively.
- Oversee 2-3 projects at a time ensuring progress and timelines are maintained.
- Coordinate material delivery, subcontractors and site logistics.

Education
We are looking for a skilled Project Supervisor to oversee and manage multiple landscaping and swimming pool construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth site operations, high-quality execution and efficient coordination of labour, materials and subcontractors.
- Supervise day‑to‑day site activities and lead labour teams effectively
- Oversee 2‑3 projects at a time ensuring progress and timelines are maintained
- Coordinate material delivery, subcontractors and site logistics
- Ensure workmanship quality, safety compliance and adherence to project specifications
- Resolve on‑site challenges proactively and provide regular progress updates to management
- 2‑3 years of UAE experience in landscaping
- Mandatory hands‑on swimming pool construction experience
- Educational background in Civil Engineering
- Strong leadership and labour management skills
- Good knowledge of UAE plants softscape practices and planting techniques
- Proficient in Hindi or Urdu
- Valid UAE driving license required
