Job summary

A leading real estate firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced professional to lead the listing team and ensure targets are met. You will manage agent performance, collaborate with leasing and sales agents, and handle property information across various platforms. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of real estate experience in Abu Dhabi, strong communication skills in both English and Arabic, and relevant educational qualifications. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of real estate experience in Abu Dhabi.
• Proven experience in leading listing teams and managing performance.
• Strong knowledge of property platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the listing team and manage agent performance to ensure targets are met.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with property owners and ensure records are updated accurately.
• Manage and update property information within internal systems and CRM tools.
• Collaborate with leasing and sales agents to ensure listings meet client expectations.
• Coordinate and confirm property viewings client meetings and appointments.
• Support the preparation of leasing offer letters MOUs and essential documentation.
• Keep property listings accurate and professionally displayed across marketing platforms such as Property Finder Bayut and Dubizzle.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of real estate experience in Abu Dhabi.
• Proven experience in leading listing teams and managing performance.
• Strong knowledge of property platforms such as Property Finder Bayut and Dubizzle.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
• Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate or a related field.
