Zusammenfassung
A leading oil and gas company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Rigging Supervisor to oversee all rigging and lifting activities in accordance with ADNOC safety regulations. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with safety procedures, conduct risk assessments, and provide guidance to riggers. With a minimum of 5-10 years' experience in the Oil & Gas industry, candidates must have relevant certifications and strong knowledge of ADNOC lifting and rigging guidelines. This is a fulltime role based on-site.
Qualifikationen
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Rigging Supervisor in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Familiarity with ADNOC lifting and rigging guidelines.
- Approved certifications in rigging and lifting.

Jobbeschreibung
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all rigging and lifting activities at the site in compliance with ADNOC safety regulations.
- Ensure proper selection inspection and certification of rigging equipment such as slings shackles chains and hoists.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop lifting plans in coordination with site engineers.
- Ensure all rigging work is carried out safely and efficiently following ADNOC and international standards.
- Provide guidance and instructions to riggers ensuring safe rigging and lifting operations.
- Verify load calculations and lifting capacities of cranes and other lifting equipment.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC PTW (Permit to Work) system and safety procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings related to rigging and lifting operations.
- Maintain proper documentation of rigging operations equipment certifications and daily progress reports.
- Coordinate with project managers engineers and HSE teams to ensure smooth of lifting activities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 510 years of experience as a Rigging Supervisor in the Oil & Gas industry preferably in ADNOC projects.
Certifications
- Lifting Supervisor Certificate (approved by ADNOC/Third Party)
- TUV/LEEA Certified Rigger Level3 or 4
- OPITO / TUV / ADNOC approved Rigging & Lifting training
Additional Qualifications
- Knowledge of ADNOC Standards: Must be familiar with ADNOC lifting and rigging guidelines.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of rigging techniques load calculations and lifting procedures.
- HSE Compliance: Good understanding of HSE regulations and ADNOC safety protocols.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with teams and management.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to work in challenging site conditions.
