Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in R&D and/or QA within QSR or food manufacturing.
• Strong background in food formulation, processing, quality, and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development from concept to market launch across EMEAA markets.
• Establish and standardize product formulations, processes, and quality standards.
• Conduct product technology transfer to commissaries and third-party toll processors.
• Drive product and process improvements for quality and efficiency.
