Position: Civil Engineer

Vacancy: 1

Experience: 10 to 15 years in Civil Works, Steel Structures, and Project Management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• AutoCAD Professional Course
• Experience with Tower Telecom Steel Structure Design, STAAD Design, OSHA, and Quality Assurance courses

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee civil works maintenance for Mobile and Fixed Networks
• Conduct quality control and assurance for network infrastructure
• Design structural solutions for new technologies
• Support external infrastructure projects and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Review and approve contracts and handovers related to passive infrastructure
• Manage budgets and supervise field technicians, ensuring safety and quality standards
• Lead vendor negotiations and performance evaluations

Skills:

• Leadership in large transformation projects
• Team management and process optimization
• Expertise in civil and steel structure design and project operations
