• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a busy kitchen environment
• Knowledge of various cuisine styles from around the world
• Organized, detail-oriented, creative, and able to work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate the team
