Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at El-Ain in the Middle East. The salary for this role is 1400. We are open to considering applicants from foreign countries with minimal work experience. Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily food production and presentation in all outlets of the hotel.
• Work together with the purchasing, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure that all products are purchased, stored and served in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Work with the Executive Sous Chef to ensure all menus remain creative, innovative and appetizing.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with all kitchen staff to ensure effective communication.
• Develop recipes and menus as needed to meet the hotels standards of excellence.
