We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have a professional background in the culinary arts and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.

The main duties and responsibilities of the Executive Chef include:

  • creating menus based on customer preferences and dietary requirements;
  • supervising kitchen staff in their daily tasks;
  • training kitchen staff in new techniques;
  • monitoring food safety standards;
  • developing recipes;
  • ordering ingredients;
  • planning menus;
  • maintaining accurate inventory logs;
  • ensuring food is prepared to the highest quality standards;
  • ensuring proper portioning of food items.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications & skills:

  • strong culinary background with a degree/diploma from an accredited institution;
  • excellent knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards;
  • excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively;
  • strong communication skills both verbal and written;
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
